Philando Castile, an African-American man, was shot and killed by police during a traffic stop near St. Paul, Minn.
The day before, Alton Sterling, a black man in Baton Rouge selling CDs outside a store, was also shot and killed by police.
Sterling's death was caught on video, while Castile's girlfriend recorded the aftermath of his shooting. Once again, the question is being asked: Did race play a factor in their deaths?
