Doc, can you fill this prescription?

Ohio Gov. John Kasich signed into law a bill that will legalize medical marijuana in the state. But it won't be a pass for just everyone to legally get high. Doctors can prescribe marijuana only for certain conditions, such as chronic pain, HIV/AIDS and cancer treatment, and it will only be available as edibles or oils. And of course, recreational use of pot is still illegal.
