Munch the Kenton County Library tortoise lived up to his name as he ate his weight in leafy treats and carrot slivers to determine his pick to win the Big Dance: Xavier University.
He's got a sweet spot for Tri-State teams since he thinks the University of Cincinnati, Xavier and the University of Louisville will all make it to the Elite Eight. The reptile also predicts Northern Kentucky University will trounce the University of Kentucky and the University of Dayton before falling to Cincinnati in the Sweet Sixteen.
