CINCINNATI -- Keeping the field neat and the concession stands going at Great American Ball Park is a lot of work.
It takes lots of people to keep the ballpark running like a well-oiled machine. And with Opening Day coming up this week, they still have hundreds of jobs to fill.
Angelita Jones is the president and CEO of Eastern Personnel Services. She said their biggest challenge is finding enough people for all the jobs.
"The biggest thing is, we don't give up, we keep striving," Jones said. "We go beyond the call of duty to make sure our employees and our clients succeed. We're serving two different things: we've got the employers who need a great employee and the employee who needs a great employer."
The firm is looking to fill 350 jobs for this baseball season. Employees will work every home game day and night starting Thursday. The jobs pay anywhere from $10 to $11 per hour.
