No matter when you decide to take care of your holiday shopping, chances are you’ll be buying for at least one gamer.

According to a 2013 report by Spil Games, more than 1.2 billion people play video games worldwide and the discerning gamers on your list will likely know the difference between a quality game and a terrible one.

The global information trackers at Nielsen recently released its list of the ‘Most Coveted Games for Holiday 2014,’ promising to make you a hero when the gifts are unwrapped. According to Nielsen, the list was compiled from a survey of nearly 5,000 gamers of all ages and only includes titles after Aug. 1, or are expected to hit stores by the end of 2014.

The rest of the Top 10 for each system included “Far Cry 4” and “NBA 2K15” for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as well as “Hyrule Warriors” and “Skylanders Trap Team” for Wii U. Click here to see the full list.
