February is American Heart Month and we invited Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Jamie Lee McIntyre, to share her tips for heart healthy living! Sticking to a healthy lifestyle can seem overwhelming, but there are ways to start simple. McIntyre says a heart-healthy diet is low in saturated fat, sodium and added sugars and high in plant foods like beans, vegetables and fruit.
