Memorial Day services and parades in Tri-State

CINCINNATI -- Happy Memorial Day! To honor our veterans and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, cities around the Tri-State are holding memorial events and parades Monday morning and afternoon.

Check out the list below:

  • 6 a.m.: Names of servicemembers killed in the Vietnam War to be read aloud at Union Township Veterans Park in Union Township
  • 9 a.m.: Memorial Day parade, begins at Loveland Elementary
  • 9 a.m.: Batesville Memorial Day parade, begins at St. Michael's Cemetery
  • 9 a.m.: Newport Memorial Day parade, begins at the Campbell County courthouse
  • 9 a.m.: Middletown Memorial Day parade, begins at Smith Park
  • 9:30 a.m.: Glendale Memorial Day parade, begins at Glendale Elementary School
  • 10 a.m.: Florence Memorial Day parade, begins at Boone County High School
  • 10 a.m.: West Chester Memorial Day parade, begins at the former Union Day School
  • 10 a.m.: Fairfield Memorial Day parade, begins at the Express Scripts building
  • 10 a.m.: Lawrenceburg American Legion Memorial Day parade, begins at the Dearborn County courthouse
  • 10:15 a.m.: Blue Ash Memorial Day parade, begins at Reed Hartman and Cooper Road
  • 11 a.m.: Memorial Day service, Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum
  • 11:15 a.m.: Memorial Day Ceremony at Veteran's Memorial on Towne Square in Blue Ash
  • 2 p.m.: Memorial Ceremony in Union Township at Union Township Veterans Park
  • 6 p.m. Blue Ash / Montgomery Symphony Orchestra free Memorial Day concert at Veteran's Memorial on Towne Square in Blue Ash
