LEBANON, Ohio — An inmate being held at the Community Corrections Center in Warren County escaped custody Monday morning after he ran out of a transport vehicle stopped at a traffic light.

Robert Moman, 33, was being going from the Atrium Medical Hospital back to CCC when the police vehicle he was riding in stopped at a traffic light in Middletown around midnight Monday. When the vehicle stopped, Moman ran, heading north from the hospital.
