I love a good discount, but the best sales are the ones where you get something for free.
Bath and Body Works often gives out its candles for free with the purchase of another candle, but the company’s latest deal might just top that. Now through Oct. 12, you can get a free item, up to a $14 value, with any purchase of $10 or more.
All you have to do is add an item that costs at least $10 and one item that costs $14 or less to your online cart, then enter code “cozyblanket” at checkout. And it’s a fitting code because this deal will leave you feeling like you’re wrapped snugly in a blanket.
According to the fine print with the deal, the free item will indeed be the highest-priced eligible item, so your free item could cost more than the item you purchased!
The same code will also get you free shipping on orders of $40 or more (except to Alaska and Hawaii). Your order must total $40 before tax and shipping & handling. Gift cards do not count toward the total.
The “cozyblanket” code cannot be combined with any other code-based offers, but can be combined with other sales. Currently, you’ll find multiple deals, like $10 off three-wick candles and a buy-three-get-three-free deal on scented body care.
If you’re looking at candles, they are now $14.50 each. That means adding one to your cart will qualify as the $10 or more item, but because they’re not $14 or less, you won’t be able to get another for free. If you choose one candle, however, and something else that is less than $14, you’ll get both items for just $14.50.
Candle scents currently available include the classics like stress relief, but also an entire lineup of fall and Halloween scents, like the delicious caramel apple scent.
Items priced at $14 and under include many of Bath and Body Works’ lotions and body washes, some in the same or similar scents as the candles, like Frosted Holly lotion for $13.50.
