The Good Morning Tri-State team is always greeted with this beautiful view! The Elsinore Arch (also known as Elsinore Tower or what here at WCPO call the castle) is a registered historic structure in Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register on March 3, 1980. The building, at Gilbert Avenue and Elsinore Place, was constructed in 1883 for the Cincinnati Water Works and is said to be inspired by the Elsinore Castle in Kronborg (Denmark). Tony Lipps is an artist behind a badge. The Cincinnati native makes a living as a Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy, but he is also developing into a successful professional artist - with some help from Pete Rose. Lipps loves to paint sports figures while also using his talent to give back by donating many of his paintings to be auctioned for charity. You can read more about Tony Lipps, see more of his work and learn about how he's been making an impact in the Tri-State, all on WCPO.com ^MEF
