CINCINNATI – It's Christmas in February for fans of the sold out touring Broadway production of "Hamilton" coming to the Queen City.

On Tuesday, producer Jeffrey Seller and Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati presented by TriHealth announced a ticket lottery for the show that premieres at the Aronoff Center for the Arts on Feb. 19.

Forty $10 tickets will be made available for every performance of "Hamilton" at the Aronoff through March 10, according to the announcement. The lottery will open two days before each performance of the award-winning musical. The first lottery for the Feb. 19 performance will open for registration at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17.

In order to enter the digital lottery for tickets, people must use the official "Hamilton" app on either their iOS or Android device. The app is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. People can also visit hamiltonmusical.com/lottery to register.

Once registered, winners and non-winners will be sent a text and email at approximately 11 a.m. the day before the performance date their tickets are good for. Tickets must then be purchased by 4 p.m. the day prior to the performance or they will be forfeited.

Each winning entrant may purchase up to two tickets.
