CINCINNATI – The always angry and funny comedian Lewis Black is bringing his topical stand-up routine back to the Taft Theatre next year.
Black's "Joke's on Us" spring tour will arrive in Cincinnati on Saturday, March 23. Tickets for the single-evening engagement will go on sale starting at 11 a.m. Friday at tafttheatre.org, the Taft Theatre Box Office and ticketmaster.com. Reserved tickets will cost between $39.50-$65.
Black has won multiple accolades after rising to national fame with his regular appearances on Comedy Central's "Daily Show" starting in 1996. The comedian's human is often described as a mixture of anger and disillusionment sparked by his underlying optimistic view of people.
Black is known to tour more than 200 nights a year. He last performed at the Taft Theatre on April 6, 2017.
