The Columbus-based promoter previously announced the cashless payment and paperless ticketing system using radio frequency identification device (RFID) wristbands, which PromoWest introduced at last year’s Bunbury, will not return.

This year's festival goers will instead receive paper tickets and admission wristbands through the mail or at an on-site will-call booth. They also will be able to make direct cash purchases from vendors on-site.
