I never used to be a fan of salad.
But when I started running more and more miles, my body started to crave fruits and vegetables.
Now, I eat salads for lunch or dinner three or four times a week some weeks.
So the idea of a blue cheese wedge salad and a black IPA sounds really good.
Especially if that blue cheese wedge includes bacon.
Ummmmmm..... bacon ......
The October beer and food pairing is blue cheese wedge and black IPA.
The salad should be easy to whip up. But does anyone have any recommendations for a good, local black IPA that I can find right now?
