HARLAN TOWNSHIP (WARREN COUNTY), Ohio --  A two-vehicle crash on SR 123 at SR 132 sent juvenile twin sisters and a woman and her three children to the hospital around 5:32 p.m. Wednesday.

None of the six injured people had life-threatening injuries. Witnesses told police that a juvenile and her twin sister were traveling south on SR 132 in a 2005 Ford Focus when they failed to yield at a stop sign. They were struck by 31-year-old Elizabeth Sammons, of Clarksville. She was heading northwest on SR 123 in a 2004 Ford Excursion.

The juvenile driver was transported from the scene by helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital, and her passenger was taken to Bethesda Arrow Springs Hospital. Sammons and her three children were also transported from the scene to Bethesda Arrow Springs Hospital and have been treated and released for non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
