HAMILTON, Ohio -- On Monday, police arrested the homeowner in the arson fire that killed Hamilton firefighter Patrick Wolterman a year ago this month.
Lester Parker, 66, is facing felony murder and aggravated arson charges, according to Hamilton police, who announced an indictment Monday afternoon. He appears in court for the first time Tuesday morning.
