Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley marked the 35th anniversary of The Who concert tragedy. Cranley discussed plans for a memorial marker to remember the 11 people killed during the Dec. 3, 1979, incident at the then-Riverfront Coliseum now U.S. Bank Arena.
