CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a missing teen.
Deionne' Wesley Bailey, 16, was last seen by her grandmother leaving their residence on foot in the Over-the-Rhine area Sept. 21, according to police.
She is 4'9" and 145 lbs. with a short afro.
Police asked anyone with information to call police dispatch at 513-765-1212 or Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040, or to text "CINTIP" plus a message to 274637.
