CINCINNATI -- A man was stabbed to death in a Northside apartment late Monday morning, according to Cincinnati Police Sgt. Eric Franz.
At 11:32 a.m., police got a call about "neighbor trouble" at the Airy Trails apartments on Colerain Avenue, Franz said. They found 37-year-old Michael Brooks dead with stab wounds. Franz said the victim was involved in a physical fight before he was stabbed.
With assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Unit, 42-year-old Terry Jones was located and arrested in Dayton, Kentucky, early Tuesday morning on murder charges in Brooks' death.
