CINCINNATI -- Andy Dalton is a record-breaking quarterback and one of the Bengals’ most familiar faces, but he took on a brand new role Monday night: Babysitter.

Dalton and his wife, Jordan, hosted a kids’ ‘Night Out’ full of games, dancing and music through their Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation. The foundation works to support children with severe illnesses or physical disabilities as well as the families that care for them. While the kids played with Dalton at the Hilton Netherland Plaza, their parents were free to take an all-too-rare night off.

"It’s so much fun -- not just for these kids, but for us to see how happy these kids are, even with the circumstances they are going through," Dalton said. "It was a major blessing to be able to do something for them."

The Daltons welcomed their second child, Nash, into the world last month.
