MONROE, Ohio -- A 19-year-old man fatally shot his father Saturday, police said Tuesday.
Officers responded to a report of a possible disturbance on Teil Tree Court at about 12:19 a.m. Saturday and found that Colin Bailey had shot 46-year-old Christopher Bailey in a domestic disturbance, police said in a news release.
Christopher Bailey was driven to Atrium Medical Center, where he later died from the gunshot wound, police said.
No charges have been filed. Police said they're still investigating the case and will provide their findings to the Butler County Prosecutor's Office to decide if charges are applicable.
