Middletown’s very own world champion returned home Tuesday.
Chicago Cubs left fielder Kyle Schwarber, who helped carry his team to its first World Series win in over a century, drew hundreds of people to a community meet and greet.
There, Schwarber signed autographs, posed for photos and shared advice for other aspiring champions -- in baseball and beyond.
"You’re going to have success, you’re going to have failure, you’re going to have to face adversity," he said. "For you to be successful, that’s what you have to face."
