LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio -- An 18-year-old man has died after police found him shot at about 2:30 a.m. Friday at 1153 Behles Ave.
Jason Rutherford stands charged with the murder of Adoniyah Nachural Pruitt as well as three counts of drug trafficking and possessing weapons under disability. Pruitt was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
