CINCINNATI -- A police welfare check turned into a homicide investigation Thursday afternoon when officers found 37-year-old Tanisha Huff dead in an East Price Hill residence.
Police said they accessed 1267 Elberon Ave. with the help of the Cincinnati Fire Department at about 1:33 p.m. Thursday. The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.
