LOCKLAND, Ohio — Police are investigating after a double shooting killed one man at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 619 W. Wyoming Ave.
Ricky Julious, 33, was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his multiple gunshot wounds. Another victim, 22-year-old Tony Rembert Jr., was also shot in the abdomen.
