READING, Ohio -- A 60-year-old man called 911 operators 16 times Saturday to threaten police and dispatchers, according to a Hamilton County affidavit.

Mitchell Noe is charged with two counts of aggravated menacing and one count of disrupting public service, arrest records show. Noe was given a $75,000 bond in court Monday morning.

Arrest records state Noe was calling 911 from Market Street in Reading on Saturday. Noe "did knowingly and impair police service communications substantially."

Noe was told not to call police anymore except in the case of an emergency, the affidavit states. After that, he continued to call police 16 times to "yell and curse at the police dispatcher," police said.

"Mr. Noe was told numerous times not to contact the police department unless e had a police emergency," the affidavit states.

After he was arrested on Saturday, Noe "verbally assault(ed)" the responding officers, according to the report. Noe told officers that he "would get a gun and kill them" and, when they get out of jail, "he would come back to f*** them up."
