CINCINNATI -- One person is dead after a shooting in Over-the-Rhine Sunday evening, Cincinnati police said.
Forty-year-old Leroy White was shot in the head at about 5:07 p.m., and he died at the scene near 1706 Race St., Sgt. Eric Franz said.
Police arrested 37-year-old Terrell Tolbert and charged him with murder for White's death early Monday morning.
The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating.
