FUZHOU, China -- A surprisingly terrifying balloon wreaked havoc in China after breaking loose from a fall festival display.
The balloon -- which looks like a full moon -- rolled on top of cars, overpasses, even bikers in the street.
The balloon originally stood in front of a shopping mall in Fuzhou, China, as part of an installation celebrating the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, which takes place Thursday, BuzzFeed News reported.
