CARSON CITY -- O.J. Simpson was granted parole by a Nevada Parole Board Thursday. He will be released Oct. 1.
Simpson was sentenced to nine years minimum or 33 years maximum for kidnapping, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon in 2008. Read more about the case and the charges here.
