MAYSVILLE, Ky. -- An inmate walked away from a work detail Tuesday, according to the Mason County Detention Center.
Matthew R. Martin was being detained for a felony parole violation. He was on a work detail at the Mason County Recycling Center when he walked away.
Martin is 36, 187 lbs. and 5'11". He has a small build and fair complexion.
Authorities believe Martin is headed to the Northern Kentucky area. They asked that anyone with information regarding his whereabouts call Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 or the Maysville Police Department at 606-564-9411.
