CINCINNATI -- Police are seeking a "critical missing" man last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Charles Hail is 6'2" and 222 lbs. with gray heair and brown eyes. He has a wrinkled complexion, is unshaven and "elderly," police said in an alert. He was wearing a white T-shirt, cargo shorts and gym shoes.
Hail has bipolar schizoaffective disorder, according to police.
He left the Terrace Nursing Home at about 2 p.m. Tuesday and has not returned, staff told police. He left on foot with a possible destination in the Western Hills/Price Hill area.
