CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a missing man who they say has a mental condition.
Police said Roy T. Haynes has a history of leaving his home, and he is most likely on foot. Haynes is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5’10’’ and about 165 pounds.
Police said he was last seen Aug. 8 near his home. Anyone with information should call police.
