SEAMAN, Ohio -- Adams County deputies are searching for an "endangered" missing man.
Phillip Woodworth was last seen on foot at 10 p.m. Oct. 18. He has not returned home.
Woodworth, 31, needs medication for medical conditions.
He is 5'6" and 183 pounds with black hair and blue eyes.
Deputies asked that anyone with information about Woodworth's whereabouts call 911 or 1-866-693-9171.
