NORWOOD, Ohio -- Norwood City Schools, Roger Bacon High School and St. Bernard-Elmwood Place City School District are closed for a second day in a row due to flooding.
Norwood, Roger Bacon, St. Bernard-Elmwood Place and Hamilton County Learning Center at Norwood were closed Monday because of heavy flooding. Roger Bacon's Bron Bacevich Stadium is being assessed for flooding damage that occurred Sunday.
Covington Catholic was closed Monday due to power outages.
