LEBANON, Ohio -- Police arrested a Lebanon High School student who officials said brought multiple knives to school Friday.

Other students reported seeing the knives to school officials, who found them and reported the incident to police, Superintendent Todd Yohey said in a news release.

Two others students are being disciplined, according to Yohey.

Officials didn't identify or give the ages of any of the students involved.

No one was hurt, according to Yohey.

"I commend the students and staff at Lebanon High School for their quick action in this matter," he said in a written statement. "Concerned students did exactly what they should have done. They reported their concerns which prompted the investigation. As a result, everyone remained safe and the offending students were found and will now face disciplinary measures."
