CINCINNATI – Discovery is the key to enjoying Cincinnati Beer Week.
“Exploration of masterfully created beers is a big reason to go out if you live here,” said Chris Nascimento, secretary for Cincinnati Beer Week’s board of trustees.
Nascimento said in order to introduce people to those beers, organizers divided participating breweries into teams. Those teams then made an original beer before Beer Week began on Sunday. The collaboration beers are available at participating locations.
“It takes a lot of communication, but it's spectacular to witness such camaraderie,” he said. “I think it shows in the results of collaborations as well.”
