'Miss Kentucky' finalist charged with setting roommate's bed on fire

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A "Miss Kentucky USA" pageant finalist has been accused of setting her roommate's bed on fire.

Christen McAllister, 22, was charged with arson following an incident after midnight Feb. 18, WAVE in Louisville reported. Investigators told the station McAllister and the roommate had been in an argument before she started the fire.

McAllister was the fourth runner-up in this year's this year's Miss Kentucky USA pageant.

No injuries were reported.

McAllister admitted to setting the fire and it was recorded on a police body camera, WAVE reported.
