What's the coldest day in January Cincinnati's ever had?

It will continue to be dangerously cold in Cincinnati Tuesday.

Highs will climb to about 8 degrees by the afternoon, but gusts at speeds up to 20 mph will keep wind chill temperatures at -15 to -25 degrees throughout the day.
