Tornado Watch for entire Tri-State expires

CINCINNATI - A Tornado Watch issued for the entire Tri-State has expired.

The Watch was issued early Sunday afternoon and went until 9 p.m. before it was allowed to expire.

In addition to the Watch, Severe Thunderstorm Warnings were in effect for various parts of the region on Sunday.

One Warning issued for southern Preble and northwestern Butler counties in Ohio was allowed to expire at 7:15 p.m. The same goes for a the Warning for northeastern Fayette County and northern Union County in Indiana.

An earlier Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Grant and Owen counties in Northern Kentucky expired at 1:15 p.m.

The entire Tri-State also remains under flood warnings and advisories as a front moves through the region with the potential for high winds, hail, and the slight chance to produce tornadoes.
