CINCINNATI -- Most of the Greater Cincinnati area spent Thursday night under a Tornado Watch, while a few eastern Indiana counties were issued a brief Tornado Warning.
Heavy rain and strong winds swept through the area, causing up to 4,000 power outages at times.
Widespread, heavy rain and strong winds with gusts worked their way east at about 12:30 a.m.
A wind advisory was issued for much of the Tri-State at 4 a.m. Friday. It was scheduled to last until 6 p.m.
A flood warning is still in effect for Hamilton County until Sunday afternoon. People living near the Great Miami River, especially near Miamisburg, should also take precautions due to the flood waters.
Your Friday morning may see a few leftover showers or flurries, before gradual clearing takes over.
