Some people have been imagining the Denver Broncos playing the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl for a long time.

Back in 2005, the creators of the hit animated show, "The Simpsons," not only imagined the matchup -- they made a prediction.

In "Bonfire of the Manatees," Homer Simpson points to the television screen showing the final score of a Seahawks/Broncos Super Bowl -- with the Broncos winning 19-14.

The episode first aired Sept. 11, 2005.

The Simpsons are not the only ones predicting a Broncos victory.

The Broncos are 2.5-point favorites, according to ESPN.

EA Sports' Madden NFL 25 football video game simulation also has the Broncos defeating the Seahawks by a narrow margin -- 31-28.
