PATRIOT, Ind. -- A 24-year-old Indiana man is dead after a two-car collision on Sunday night.
Switzerland County Sheriff Roy A. Leap said the crash happened at about 7:15 p.m. on State Route 156 just east of Patriot, Ind.
Lawrence W. Allison, 66, and his wife, of Warsaw, Ky., were driving westbound on State Route 156 when their vehicle crashed into another vehicle driven by James M. Bevis, 24, of Patriot, Ind.
Bevis was pronounced dead at the scene. Allison and his wife were taken to the University of Cincinnati hospital. Their conditions have not been released at this time.
The crash remains under investigation at this time. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office at (812) 427-3636.
