Tired of the weird hours that come with the media business, a young woman decided to quit her job working for a Taiwanese animation company in an unusual way.
Marina Shifrin told her boss it was time to move on by making a dance video to the Kanye West song, "Gone," and then posting the video to YouTube.
"I wanted to show my boss that if you make videos with funny or interesting content instead of just churning tons of stuff out quickly and thoughtlessly, then the page views will come organically," she explains in the video.
It appears she was correct as the video has gone viral.
