I-71 NB lanes north of Warren-Clinton county line reopened

CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio -- A crash involving an overturned tractor trailer caused delays on Interstate 71 north of the Warren-Clinton county line Wednesday afternoon.

The northbound lanes reopened after being closed for hours as the result of the crash that happened shortly after 1 p.m. near SR 73.
