LEBANON, Ohio -- A Norwood man is wanted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office after he failed to return to jail after being out on a work release.
Officials with the Warren County Sheriff's Office said Thursday David Abney, 33, did not return from his job on Sept. 3, 2013.
Abney was serving a sentence for a theft conviction from Mason court. He is described as 6'3, 190 pounds, and is pictured above.
Abney now faces an additional charge of escape, a first degree misdemeanor.
