TAYLOR MILL, Ky. -- A man is behind bars after police say he set a Taylor Mill apartment on fire late Tuesday during a domestic dispute.
Investigators were called at about 10:30 p.m. to an apartment in the 700 block of Sharon Drive after reports of a domestic dispute.
The apartment was on fire when police arrived at the scene. One officer was taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
Kenneth Brummer was arrested and charged with arson and wanton endangerment.
