CINCINNATI -- The driver of a BMW died Thursday when he lost control and ran into a tree.
The driver, who was not immediately identified, was driving along U.S. 50 in Whitewater Township at about 3:00 p.m., when he lost control due to a medical emergency.
The 2000 BMW 325i crossed the eastbound lanes, ran off the road and into a tree, reported Chief Jim Knapp of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
A Whitewater fire crew took the driver to Good Samaritan Western Ridge, where he was pronounced dead at 3:46 p.m.
Knapp said speed, drugs nor alcohol were factors in the crash.
