CINCINNATI -- A portion of Harrison Avenue in Westwood was closed Tuesday night, but reopened just before 11:30 p.m.
Authorities said a sparking transformer forced crews to shut down Harrison Avenue from Fischer Place to McKinley Avenue while Duke Energy crews worked in the area.
It was closed for about three hours.
