CINCINNATI -- A man accused in the shooting death of a Westwood man in 2012 is scheduled to either enter a plea or set a date for trial in a Hamilton County courtroom Tuesday morning.
Deangelo Sanders, 23, faces aggravated murder and aggravated robbery charges, among other charges, in the Nov. 1, 2012, murder of Jeffrey Luttrell.
On Nov. 1, 2012, officers from District 3 responded to 2233 Moffat Court after receiving reports of a shooting.
Police located the body of Jeffrey Luttrell in the rear of a building located at 2247 Harrison Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sanders is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
