CINCINNATI -- A Pleasant Ridge man accused of paying a minor for sex is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Monday to begin trial.
Joshua Grout, 20, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl. The incident happened on May 30, 2013 and court records say Grout paid the minor $20 to engage in the sexual activity.
Records also say he met the girl on an online escort chat service.
Grout is charged with unlawful sexual conduct, promoting prostitution and procuring.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
